~Nearly a third of those responding stated that they felt it was important for the business they’re doing business with to keep any promises they make. Being trustworthy is extremely important nowadays, and is a big factor in whether or not a customer will continue doing business with a company.
4. They want to make sure that the product and/or service they’re receiving is of high quality.
~Not quite a third stated that they wanted the items they’re purchasing to be of the high quality that they’re expecting.
5. They want all business transaction to be as simple as possible.
~Almost a fourth of those responding stated that they wanted the entire transaction to be a simple process, and included things like website navigation, easy product access and the ability to contact a company and get a response easily and quickly.
