Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
The White Label Communications Support Team is the front line support group for our growing customer base. As a customer service agent, you form the customers’ first impression of technical support and must strive to ensure this impression is excellent. You will work through technical support solutions with our clients and escalate issues out of your scope to senior engineers.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide general support to our customers
• Answer incoming phone calls from your assigned telephone queue
• Respond to incoming e-mail support requests
• Work daily Local Number Porting (LNP) processes with our many carriers
• Recognize trends and report them to senior level engineers
• Find and document any new support issues, or product bugs
• Work with other team members to resolve active issues
• Providing excellent technical support and customer service to our customers

Required Skills:
• 1 + years of experience in a call center environment in a technical support role.
• Providing high quality customer service
• Project management skills are essential
• Ability to multitask and prioritize orders.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer expectations and carrier escalations

Business Development Associate

Sales Account Executive

Description
White Label Communications (WLC) is looking for a Sales Account Executive (SAE) to join our sales team. As a SAE you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing prospective partners.

A successful SAE requires experience selling in a business-to-business environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to understand, explain and articulate why a business owner (prospect) would benefit from adding WLC’s services to their business. A background in telecommunications/VOIP would be of benefit but not required. The ideal candidate will possess deep relationship sales and new account development experience in a commissioned sales environment with a proven track record of achieving quota through closing sales over the phone and/or via Web meetings. (e.g. Webex, Join.me) Channel Partner prospects will primarily be Managed Service providers (MSPs) and Interconnects. Experience in Channel Sales strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and close prospective partners
  • Cold call senior level executives to generate interest and initiate sales opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle over the phone; build rapport with prospects, get initial meeting, demonstrate service and close opportunities

Network Engineer

We are looking for a VoIP Network Engineer III to join our growing support team. This position is responsible for providing VoIP related technical support to our wholesale partners.

A successful Network Engineer will have excellent skills in prioritizing and completing tasks under little supervision. The Network Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting support tickets, resolving escalated issues identified in support cases, and to assist other Level I or Level II support staff as needed.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting of VoIP related issues in our datacenter, customer networks, Linux servers, and the PSTN
  • Conduct capacity planning, performance monitoring, and growth projections to maintain messaging infrastructure; recommend upgrades/expansions to meet current and future demands.
  • Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures.
  • Provide root cause analysis to complex questions related to these systems.
  • Monitor and tunes the performance of network components, and interfaces with the appropriate IT support teams.
  • Research, plan and oversee network and telephone system upgrades.
  • Support vendor relationship management for key infrastructure vendors.
  • Provides technical education as needed to other IT support teams.
  • Participate in an emergency customer and technical support 24/7 on-call rotation.

White Label Communications seeks a VoIP Support Technician to be based in our Exton, PA office. Candidates must be passionate about technology, customer service, and troubleshooting. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.

You will have the opportunity to make an impact on an organization beyond troubleshooting and resolving tickets. You will work with our Resellers, support team, and network operations team, and you will coordinate with our outside vendors and several telecom carriers.

A successful VoIP Support Technician will have excellent skills in prioritizing and completing tasks under little supervision. The VoIP Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting support tickets, resolving escalated issues identified in support cases, and assisting other Level I or Level II support staff as needed.
