Webhooks

Webhooks send HTTPS requests to a third-party web server, alerting that server of events occurring within the call control platform. Typically, events would be sent for new calls, when a call is answered, and when a call is finished, and many other event types listed below.

Authentication

White Label uses OAuth 2.0 (Open Authorization) to access the APIs. We support three Grant Types:
  1. Client Credentials Grant - Used for server-to-server access.
  2. Authorization Code Grant - Used for web apps that execute from a server.
  3. Authorization Code Grant with Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) - Used for single-page apps (SPAs) running from a browser.
