Webphone Transfer now Includes Name Search

We’re excited to announce an update to the Webphone that simplifies one of the most common tasks for call handlers—transferring calls. 

Gone are the days of memorizing or manually looking up extension numbers. With our new Name Search feature, users can now type a colleague’s first or last name directly into the transfer field. As they type, a filtered list from the company directory will appear. Select the desired contact and the call is seamlessly transferred to the correct extension.
