Our Teams integration works on both a hosted and on-premise scenario. In a hosted scenario, partners can utilize the White Label PBX Connector that allows businesses to use Teams as a softphone on White Label’s UCaaS platform. In a on-premise scenario, our SIP Trunk Connector allows businesses to use Teams as a softphone on a new or existing SIP Trunk.
