Trunk Consolidation
In a multi-site environment, you eliminate individual telephone circuits (traditional phone lines) at each location, consolidating all of your customer locations into a centralized account, resulting in significant cost savings.
Disaster Recovery
Designed to protect business customers through increased reliability and survivability during unexpected service interruptions. Unlike the majority of our competitors, White Label provides you the ability to failover your customers to an extension level even though they are using a Premise-Based PBX.
In the event of a service outage, White Label provides continuity of service by systematically re-routing incoming calls to an auto-attendant, outside phone lines, voicemail boxes or branch offices.
Scalability
Customers are often required to over-engineer premise-based phone systems by purchasing more phone lines than they really need. White Label enables customers to add SIP trunks in increments of one, rather than paying for something they don’t need or won’t use.
Dynamic SIP Trunk Bursting
In a traditional telephony environment, a customer can be at risk of not having enough phone lines to accommodate call activity during peak hours. Dynamic SIP Trunk Bursting allows a customer to “burst” over the total number of SIP Trunks configured so that inbound callers never receive a busy signal.
Remote Workers
Companies that have a premise-based PBX can provide a “hybrid” SIP Trunking and hosted solution. For a few dollars per month, White Label offers a hosted PBX solution to virtual workers.
