We’ve made a trio of updates across the UC client and the portal.
Webphone Status Indicator
Users can now easily tell when their webphone is turned off due to the new visual indicator in the UC client’s navigation bar. This is meant to help prevent missed calls when the webphone is left in DnD mode or is disabled unintentionally.

Flat Rate Recovery Fee Option
In the portal, we’ve added more flexibility to billing by allowing you to configure the Recovery Fee as a flat rate in addition to the existing percentage-based option. This update gives you more control over how fees are applied to end-user accounts.

Primary Device Selection
On the Phone Info page in the UC client, each user can now set a primary device for call routing. This means when they initiate a call using features like Quick Call, the designated primary device will ring—no more guessing or juggling between multiple endpoints.

Our team is constantly working to provide improvements, whether it’s a small fix or big feature, to enhance the everyday experience of the portal and UC client for both resellers and end users.
