White Label Communications has Simplified the Integration to Microsoft Teams

Est. Reading: 1 minute

White Label Communications is excited to announce an update with our Microsoft Teams softphone integration.

If Microsoft Teams is the primary collaboration hub for your customers, White Label enables you to turn Microsoft Teams from a threat into an opportunity by empowering you to natively integrate our feature-rich Unified Communications platform with Microsoft Teams, quickly and easily. Teams users can make and receive global calls right from the native Teams dialer, thanks to direct routing from White Label Communications.

Initially, the softphone integration was for use with a PBX connector scenario, where businesses can use Microsoft Teams as a softphone on White Label’s UCaaS platform.

Now our partners can use our SIP Trunk Connector, which lets businesses use Microsoft Teams as a softphone on a new or existing SIP Trunk

Here are just a few of the capabilities our Partners benefit from when taking advantage of White Label’s Teams integrations.

  • SIP Trunks for Direct Routing
  • Redundant SIP Trunks for failover
  • Legacy PBX integration
  • Hosted PBX integration
  • Contact center integration
  • Simultaneous ringing (SIP forking)
  • SIP phone/device support
  • Support for IP phones, softphones, mobile phones, and Teams phones

Microsoft Teams is one of the world’s leading meetings software, and we've recognized that we need to provide solutions that can directly integrate with that software. This is yet another example of White Label Communications continuing to innovate and adapt to the ever-evolving technology landscape.
