How Does e-POTS Work?
Our e-POTS solution delivers traditional phone service over modern internet-based infrastructure, replacing outdated copper lines with a digital system that’s more reliable, cost-effective, and scalable without changing how phones work for your customers.
The service uses Internet Protocol (IP) from the dial tone provider all the way to your location, where a device at the edge converts the IP signal to analog. From there, the signal runs over your existing inside wiring or copper lines to support a wide variety of traditional devices — keeping your business connected and future-ready.
