April was a month of showing up — on one of the channel’s biggest stages and within our own family of companies. From debuting at the MSP Summit alongside Channel Partners Conference & Expo to completing the integration of two recent additions to the WLC platform, the month reflected the kind of growth that only happens when expansion and execution move together.
Here’s a look at our top highlights in April.
Channel Partners + MSP Summit
Mid-month, the team made their way to Las Vegas for the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, the world’s largest independent channel event. Channel Partners is co-located with the MSP Summit, a dedicated event for managed services professionals with additional keynotes, conference sessions, and a special trade show floor.
Managed service providers are some of WLC’s top reseller partners, and this year afforded a new opportunity to connect with this audience as first-time exhibitors at the MSP Summit. As MSPs face increasing pressure to deliver more value to their clients, WLC enables them to provide everything from enterprise-grade voice to network monitoring without the added burden of building and maintaining the necessary infrastructure, all under their own brand while maintaining their own relationships.
From conversations on the show floor to networking events throughout the week, Channel Partners + MSP Summit 2026 was one for the books — and a strong reminder of why this audience matters. The MSP community is evolving fast, and the partners we met are looking for more than another vendor relationship. They’re looking for a platform built to grow with them. That’s exactly what WLC is here to deliver.
One Brand, One Platform, One WLC
The end of the month brought major changes as WLC completed two major brand integrations. Grupo NGN, a leading provider of optichannel AI-powered contact center communications solutions, joined the WLC family of companies in July 2025, followed by Intelitrex, a leading provider of network monitoring and WAN optimization, in September.
WLC is continuously adding new products and solutions to our service stack to better serve our reseller partners. With the addition of Grupo NGN, now powering Atlas Enhanced CX, WLC deepened our CCaaS offering with a full enterprise-grade contact center platform. Inteltrix, now powering Atlas Aware, enables users to monitor the health and performance of critical network devices across single-site and multi-site environments.
As one team, one platform, we’re now able to deliver an even more comprehensive suite of solutions to our reseller partners — and the partners coming into the WLC family gain access to a whole new solutions stack to expand their offering. Bringing Grupo NGN and Intelitrex fully under the WLC umbrella isn’t just a branding milestone. It’s a reflection of how we continue to invest in the depth of our platform so partners can deliver more.
Looking Ahead
April set the stage for a busy stretch ahead. With our expanded platform fully unified and new conversations underway from Las Vegas, we’re heading into the next chapter focused on what we do best — building the infrastructure, partnerships, and tools that help our resellers grow.
More to come soon. Stay tuned.
