Industry Connections & Learning at AWS re:Invent
This month, Chris Griffith, CTO and Co-Founder of White Label Communications, attended AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas.
The conference offered an opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and connect with peers across the cloud ecosystem. From cloud architecture and infrastructure innovation to conversations around hybrid environments and emerging technologies, the event reinforced the importance of staying curious, informed, and forward-looking as the communications landscape continues to evolve.
These insights and connections play a valuable role in how we think about the future of UCaaS, CPaaS, and cloud-driven communications — and how we continue to support our partners with solutions built for what’s next.
NGNCloudComm Named a 2025 TMC Labs Winner
December also brought exciting recognition for one of our acquired companies, Grupo NGN.
NGNCloudComm was named a winner of the 2025 TMC Labs Unified Communications Innovation Award. The award highlights platforms that push the boundaries of unified communications, and NGNCloudComm was recognized for its flexible architecture, advanced workflow control, omnichannel capabilities, and strong compliance features.
This recognition reflects the innovation happening across the WLC family of companies and reinforces our commitment to delivering scalable, forward-thinking communications solutions that adapt to evolving customer needs.
Celebrating the Season with Partners and Our Team
December wouldn’t be complete without time set aside to celebrate the relationships that make our work meaningful.
Earlier this month, Mark Gritton, Regional Channel Manager, co-sponsored a Holiday Happy Hour alongside partners Uniti Group Inc., Telesystem, Fusion Connect, and 11:11 Systems. The evening brought together partners, providers, and customers for relaxed conversations, shared stories, and plenty of laughter — a great way to kick off the holiday season and celebrate collaboration across the channel.
We also hosted our annual WLC holiday party on December 18, welcoming employees both local and from out of town for a night of great food, connection, and fun. It was a chance to step away from the day-to-day, reflect on everything accomplished this year, and enjoy time together as a team.
