With February at a close, we’re reflecting on a month centered around connection — with industry peers, with our partner community, and within our own team. From engaging conversations at ITEXPO to strategic updates shared during our webinar series, February reinforced our commitment to transparency, innovation, and long-term partner success.
Here’s a look at our top highlights from the month.
On the Road: ITEXPO 2026
This February, members of the WLC leadership team traveled to Fort Lauderdale to attend ITEXPO 2026, one of the channel’s most anticipated annual gatherings.
COO/CRO Warren Reyburn, Manager of Revenue Operations Joe Talarowski, and Co-Founder & CTO Chris Griffith spent time connecting with MSPs, resellers, and technology leaders on and off the conference floor for meaningful conversations around the evolving communications landscape.

What stood out most wasn’t just what competitors are building — it’s what they’re missing. Most vendors continue to position around reliability, automation, and omnichannel support. What’s largely absent is a focus on outcomes: revenue expansion, churn risk intelligence, partner monetization, and lifecycle value. That’s the gap WLC is focused on filling: enabling partners not just operationally, but financially, with partner visibility into margin and upsell opportunities, and a unified orchestration layer across UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, and POTS migration.
Industry events like ITEXPO offer more than networking. They provide real-time clarity on where the market is — and where it’s heading. What we heard in Fort Lauderdale reinforced that the opportunity in front of WLC and our partners is significant.
Webinar Series: A Look Back and a Look Ahead
February also gave us the opportunity to connect directly with our partner community through a special edition of our WLC Webinar Series.
Our Partner All Hands session brought leadership together with partners to reflect on the progress made in 2025 and to share a forward-looking view of 2026. Rather than focusing on a single product announcement, the conversation centered on company growth, platform enhancements, and the investments we’re making to strengthen the partner experience.
During the session, we discussed the continued evolution of our network monitoring and management offering with Atlas Aware and Atlas Aware+, expanded POTS replacement options, enhancements to reporting and dashboard capabilities within our Enhanced Contact Center solution, and additional marketing support functionality within the Partner Portal.
It was a valuable opportunity to align directly with our partner community heading into the year.
Sales Kickoff: Strengthening the Foundation
February also brought internal alignment with our Sales Kickoff, a multi-day event that brought together teams from across the organization to reinforce the principles that guide our partner relationships and set the tone for 2026.

The three days covered a lot of ground. The event was dedicated to product training, breakout sessions, competitive roleplay, and a pitch contest that brought out some genuine energy across the teams. Day two wrapped with a team dinner, a well-earned close to a full day of skill-building.
The focus wasn’t simply on goals for the year ahead. It was on ensuring our communication remains clear and proactive, our training and enablement efforts continue to expand, and our product development stays aligned with the evolving needs of MSPs and resellers. As WLC grows, that cross-team alignment ensures our partners experience consistency, clarity, and support at every stage of engagement.
Looking Ahead
February was a month of insight and alignment, both externally and internally. As we move into March and beyond, we remain focused on helping partners navigate industry change, expand their service portfolios, and build predictable recurring revenue.
More exciting updates are on the way — stay tuned.
