In July, WLC took a major step forward by acquiring Grupo NGN, a leading provider of optichannel AI-powered contact center communications solutions. This strategic acquisition not only supercharges our private-label voice solutions portfolio, but dramatically deepens our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) capabilities, further contributing to our growth. With this added depth and agility in CCaaS, WLC’s partners are now better equipped to deliver scalable, flexible solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences in a rapidly growing market. We are thrilled to embark on this next chapter and look forward to sharing our expanded solutions with you soon.

The next era of WLC has arrived! This month, we unveiled a new brand identity that reflects who we are today and where we’re headed. From an updated logo to a refined voice and elevated look, our refreshed brand signals clarity, confidence, and our commitment to partner success. The refresh also reflects our excitement for the future as we continue working to exceed our partners’ needs and lead the way in private-label, cloud-based business communications.
And the refresh doesn’t stop there. A brand-new website is on the way, designed to reflect our refreshed identity and make it easier for partners to connect with us. On the Move: WLC Attends Key Industry Events
Last month, the WLC team was on the move, shaping conversations at key industry gatherings and demonstrating leadership and commitment to the channel.

Our first stop was Kansas City, where we attended the Indatel Symposium, an essential gathering for leaders in telecommunications and technology. WLC’s Warren Reyburn, COO, made key connections with industry leaders and discussed how WLC helps teams simplify voice services, decrease costs, and discover new revenue opportunities.

Next, we headed to Chicago as a sponsor and speaker at the Managed Technology Association (MTA) & Copier Dealers Association (CDA) Owners Meeting, where business leaders come together to share best practices and innovative strategies for success. WLC’s Jim DeBald, Chief Revenue Officer, and Dave Shatzer, Sales Director, delivered an engaging presentation, covering voice, growth, and communications strategies.
Rounding out the month, WLC’s Alex Fenner, Director of Partner Development, attended the D&H ProAV Partner Jam in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The event included presentations on the latest in video collaboration tools and other new technologies, hands-on demos, and important conversations around AI in AV, integration trends, and modern sales strategies.
