WLC’s June Top Hits: Recognition, Connection, and Diving Deeper

June was about recognition and connection — and going deeper on both. From an industry award for our network monitoring solution, to an afternoon spent with a partner and their clients, to a new home for one of our fastest-growing products, every highlight this month celebrated what we’ve been building.

Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to.

2026 ChannelVision Visionary Spotlight Awards

We’re proud to share that White Label Communications (WLC) has been named a 2026 Visionary Spotlight Award (VSA) winner by ChannelVision Magazine — recognized in the Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) / Professional Services Automation (PSA) category for our network monitoring and management solution, Atlas Aware.

The VSAs are one of the channel’s longest-running awards programs, celebrating innovation and leadership across the industry for more than a decade. Each year, ChannelVision’s editors and independent judges evaluate entries on innovation, future industry impact, creativity, feature differentiation, ease of use, and interoperability. Coming from a program built to help partners identify the solutions worth their attention, this recognition means a great deal.

“The 2026 VSAs reflect a rapidly evolving channel, with advisors navigating emerging AI-driven technologies and shifting buyer expectations,” said Berge Kaprelian, president and CEO of ChannelVision. “The VSAs help cut through the noise by recognizing the companies who are delivering innovation and measurable business value.”

For WLC, the award validates exactly what we set out to build: enterprise-grade WAN and LAN visibility that reseller partners can deliver under their own brand, without standing up monitoring infrastructure or staffing a NOC of their own. With real-time performance reporting, SLA validation, dormant circuit detection, and native PSA integrations that automate ticketing, Atlas Aware helps lean teams manage larger footprints — all backed by our 99.999% reliability SLA and U.S.-based support.

Summer Sounds at the PBS Client Social

Late in the month, we traded the show floor for something a little more relaxed. On June 25, our partner Preferred Business Systems (PBS) hosted their Summer Client Social at PBS HQ — an afternoon of food, live music, and tech talks on AI, cybersecurity, VoIP, and more — and WLC was proud to sponsor the live musical artist.

Events like this are a reminder that the channel runs on relationships. Showing up for a partner’s customer event, helping set the tone for a great afternoon, and connecting with the businesses our partners serve every day — that’s the kind of support that doesn’t fit on a spec sheet, but matters just as much. Our thanks to the PBS team for having us.

A Deeper Look at Atlas Aware

The VSA wasn’t the only Atlas Aware news this month. We also launched a dedicated Atlas Aware page on the WLC site — a deeper, more technical look at the platform than our main Network Monitoring & Management overview.

The new page breaks down what sets Atlas Aware apart: proactive visibility that catches network, device, and service degradation before it becomes a user-impacting outage; a centralized, multi-tenant view across locations, carriers, and endpoints; and the operational insight teams need to isolate exactly where an issue lives — internal network, ISP, hardware, Wi-Fi, or application path. It also digs into agentless monitoring, intelligent alerting and escalation, the standard REST API and out-of-the-box integrations, and Atlas Aware+, which adds WLC’s 24/7/365 NOC for incident response, triage, and field support. Real-world case studies round things out, showing how resellers and their end users are putting Atlas Aware to work across MSP, healthcare, and retail environments.

This is the most detailed view of Atlas Aware we’ve published yet — and it won’t be the last. We’ll keep updating the page as we roll out new releases, so it’s worth a bookmark.

Looking Ahead

June set a high bar — industry recognition, time well spent with partners, and a deeper home for one of our most talked-about products. That momentum carries into the back half of the year, with more Atlas Aware enhancements on the way and plenty more to share soon.

As always, if there’s something you’d like to see from WLC — a resource, a feature, a deeper dive — let us know. Your input shapes what comes next.

Stay tuned.
