May was a month of investing in growth for our internal team and our partners’ success. From conference learnings that sharpen how we run our own business, to expanded resources designed to accelerate partner activity, every initiative this month tied back to one goal: building a stronger foundation for the people we serve.
Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to.
Investing in Our Team: Tableau Conference 2026
WLC’s conference presence isn’t solely focused on connections within the partner community; key industry events can provide the perfect opportunity for our team to sharpen the tools and systems that keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. This May, Joe Talarowski, our Manager of Revenue Operations, attended Tableau Conference 2026 in San Diego to bring back insights that directly impact how we manage data, reporting, and partner intelligence.
A strong CRM is crucial to any business, and like every other corner of the tech stack, it’s evolving fast. The headline from this year’s conference was Tableau’s rollout of its Agentic Analytics Platform across Tableau Cloud, Server, Desktop, and Next — a shift the company describes as moving from reporting what happened in the past to orchestrating what happens next.
For Rev Ops specifically, the investment in attending pays dividends well beyond the keynote. The conference connected our admin with practitioners solving the same operational challenges we face every day, and the roadmap clarity helps us plan smarter for the quarters ahead.
Investing in Our Partners: Resource Center Updates
At WLC, our partners are our #1 priority, a commitment that is reflected across every department and every level of the business. Last fall, based on real feedback from the partner community, we launched the Partner Resource Center, a sales, marketing, and training hub built to accelerate growth. Rather than offering the bare minimum, WLC is building a robust partner marketing program to empower teams with the tools and resources for top-of-funnel activity, along with training resources to position the product stack.
We have continued to refine what’s available, and last month saw a much-anticipated development with the addition of the dedicated Co-Brandable Collateral Library. With co-brandable assets, partners can add their logo and company information to ready-made flyers with a few clicks of a button, then download or share the customized PDFs directly from the portal. Before, partners could only access co-brandable flyer assets through the Campaigns feature; the new, more intuitive navigation is available directly from the Marketing Resource Center main page and under the Collateral drop-down menu, making it easier to access one of the most requested features.
With the addition of the dedicated library, partners also gained access to new assets to support sales and marketing activity across the full suite of solutions. The collection will continue to expand as more resources become available.
Looking Ahead
June brings continued momentum on both fronts. Internally, we’ll be putting the conference takeaways to work; on the partner side, we have additional Resource Center enhancements in the pipeline based on the feedback we continue to hear from the community. Stay tuned — and as always, if there’s something specific you’d like to see added to the Partner Resource Center, let us know. Your input is what shapes what comes next.
