As summer winds down and we head into fall, White Label Communications (WLC) continues to gain momentum. From award recognition for our innovative Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solution to key industry events to a strategic acquisition, August and September were full of highlights worth celebrating.
Spotlight on CPaaS: Awards Recognition
In August, WLC was honored with the 2025 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award from TMC for our CPaaS with Programmable UCaaS. TMC’s annual award program recognizes the most innovative communications products that drive industry advancement and customer success.
In September, we were recognized again — this time as a finalist in the “Most Innovative Cloud Product or Solution” category for Light Reading’s Leading Lights Awards. The Leading Lights are among the most prestigious awards in the global communications industry, celebrating innovation and excellence in next-generation communications.
WLC’s CPaaS with Programmable UCaaS is a first-of-its-kind solution that empowers companies to integrate real-time communication tools into their existing software and applications with ease.
WLC Talks Broadband: Key Industry Events
The WLC team is always on the go, establishing a strong presence at key industry events to build relationships, stay on top of the latest industry trends and innovations, and demonstrate commitment to the channel.

In August, the team made their way to Denver for Mountain Connect, an event that brings together industry leaders and peers, policy makers, and solution providers to shape the future of broadband. Dave Shatzer, Director of Sales, and Account Executive Adam Bensinger connected with other attendees to discuss how WLC helps broadband providers enhance their service stack and increase revenue with modern, reliable voice services.

In September, the team headed to Las Vegas for the NTCA Fall Conference to explore the future of the rural broadband community. WLC’s Dave Shatzer, Director of Sales; Adam Bensinger, Account Executive; and Crissy Warrington, Partner Enablement Manager, engaged with other NTCA members on and off the Solutions Showcase floor. On Wednesday, Crissy attended the Women in Telecommunications Industry Breakfast, a powerful networking opportunity with industry peers.
Expanding Our Reach: WLC Acquires Intelitrex
Closing out September on a high note, WLC announced the acquisition of Intelitrex, a leading provider of managed services for network monitoring and WAN optimization. This acquisition enhances WLC’s reputation for reliability and insight by giving partners powerful tools to track performance, resolve issues proactively, and simplify their monitoring stack. With Intelitrex’s SaaS-based platform and managed services expertise, WLC’s partners can now deliver even greater visibility, uptime, and peace of mind in an era of growing performance and security demands.
Looking Ahead
With two months of recognition, relationship-building, and growth behind us, we’re entering Q4 energized for what’s next. Stay tuned for exciting news developments in October as we continue to grow, foster partner success, and strengthen WLC’s presence in the industry.
