White Label Communications has added a new feature to our UC Client webphone – Distinctive Inbound Ringtones. Prior to this new feature, inbound and outbound calls using White Label’s UC Client webphone utilized the same default ringtone, i.e. the ringtones sounded the same. Feedback from White Label Partners was that a single ringtone caused a user to momentarily confuse an inbound call as an accidental dialing of an outbound call.
This update allows a user to now choose one of the five distinctive ringtones as their default ringtone for inbound calls, thereby eliminating any confusion.
